Good location in the Palermo soho area.

Very noise room. Unfortunately they don’t have soundproof glasses so you hear all the traffic noise from the street (even in the 5th floor).

Threat location, nice and clean apartment, close to all the right places, modern decoration and building. Francisco who was waiting for us was very helpfull . Will definitely come back.

The location was great, very close to Plaza Italia, where...

The location was great, very close to Plaza Italia, where with the subway it was easy to get everywhere! Staff, especially Maria was really nice and helpful.

The room could be a bit cleaner.

As we have family in Buenos Aires and they all live near this apartment, stay there was just perfect

Excellent location - bares/coffee places, restaurants, banks, transports all very good. Good communication with Belocal - Kitchen well equipped but shorts of glasses and bowls

The king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed for my kids was pretty awful and hard to sleep. We did have to request for a change, and we only had an extra mattress, my kids had a fight every night to get the best mattress. Also, towels were not enough for 2 adults and 2 kids for 2 weeks. it would have been great if they change them for clean ones at least once a week, same if someone come to clean the apartment at least once. Finally, there is not a towels rail to dry.

I expected better quality.

This is an apartment that used to be a hotel. We had to wait for someone to come from down the street to give us the keys and show the apartment. After that, there was no contact with the agent. There were 24 hour security guards, but they spoke no English. The street was very noisy. We were on an upper floor and could not open the door to the deck due to the traffic noise.

Mis-informed... Check for the 21% tax you will have to pay!!

Apartment is clean and secure. Good location. Just totally ruined by the misinformation and being charged an extra 21%!!

CHECK YOUR BOOKING CAREFULLY!! This is an apartment so as much as booking.com states you will not get charged the 21% tax, YOU WILL. Apparently the government tax is different for apartments than hotels. We are still waiting for this to be refunded by booking.com as the information was incorrect.

perfect location, nice apartment, awesome roof top pool!

The organisation works very well. Very easy to communicate with the owners over Whats App. Always friendly, fast and professional! I really liked the apartment on the 7th floor. Nice view - and charming balcony. The furniture was nice, bed was comfy and the kitchen was big enough. I liked that there was a 24h reception (so getting and leaving keys was easy) and made me feel safe! And the roof top pool is really really nice - like the gym (which I did not used - but passed when heading to the pool). Overall (besides very little negative points) a real nice location! And greatly located in Palermo!

If I would stay in this 4 person apartment I would definitively miss a proper table to eat and two more chairs on the balcony. The whole apartment seems to be made for 2 rather than 4 people. The light in the kitchen was missing which made cocking at nights a bit tricky. And sorry to say that, the bathtub really needs to be changed. Not clean, broken…

Really nice room, bed, bathroom, pool.

I booked the room for 51 usd. However, they charged my credit card with 77 usd. I don't know why. Also you need to put a hold on your credit card of 8000 ars. You have to get in touch with the host and set up a time in order to get the keys. The doormen are very unfriendly. In the end, everything with this place turns out to be too complicated and a pain in the ass. I'll take a hotel next time.

Location and thats pretty much it

They charge a 8000 pesos in cash security deposit when you arrive (not described when we booked) The bathtub and AC drips all night. The kitchen is a ridiculously small, Could be better Location is great.
